If you're not able to make a session, please let the session's Team Leader know as soon as possible.
Please remember that it's your responsibility to find cover or swap with another volunteer if you're unable to make a date that you are down to cover. We're really sorry, but we cannot arrange swaps or cover for you.
When you've found cover, please update the team by emailing the details to email@example.com).
Session Evaluation Forms & Reporting
All Team Leaders are required to complete a Session Evaluation Form at the end of each night. Please use the appropriate link below.
At the end of the list is the Incident Report Form. This should be used if a specific incident has occurred during your session that requires separate additional reporting. If required, please fill this in as well as the usual session form.
